Book our unique culinary event! Each participant is served a menu based on their DNA profile. Several weeks prior to the DNA Dinner, participants submit their DNA. The DNA analysis provides insights into the needs for fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in their diet, allowing us to develop a nutritional profile. Using this DNA nutritional profile, we collaborate with a professional chef [or caterer] to create a personalized menu that is served during the DNA Dinner. Based on their genetic profile, participants can also optionally gain insights into their personal needs for micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) and other nutritional information. This helps participants become aware of their unique dietary requirements.
